Moov8 anti-theft smart locks keep the e-bike and scooters secure from thieves or burglars. With this smart keyless lock, you don’t have to worry about losing the key, just unlock it with a phone. Made of ABS plastic + Copper + Braided Steel; it’s tough and sturdy for security.
The smart lock works well for both iOS and Android phones. The anti-theft alarm triggers if someone tries to cut, break or disassemble the lock. 110 dB loud alarm is good enough to deter thieves or burglars.

Individual User:
Unboxing
- Insert 3 AAA batteries. (Use “ALKALINE BATTERIES” for the best battery performance).
- Insert the chain/cable into the lock and press the lock button.
- When the lock makes loud beep beep sounds, it means it is locked and a blue light will appear.
Registering the lock with the phone:
Note– The following steps will only work when the lock is in locking position as shown in unboxing steps.

- Sign-up / login in the APP.
- Turn on the phone Bluetooth.
- Choose to register a new lock.
- Give the lock a name and a description.
- Press Save and the lock is ready for use.
Unlocking:
- Scan the QR code to unlock the lock or select the lock icon shown under the “owned” tab then press the “Unlock” button.
- Press the red button on the side of the lock and pull the chain/cable out.
Sharing your lock with friends/family members:
Note: Your friends/family members must have an account in the App.
- Click on the lock icon shown under the “owned tab”.
- Search for the username of the member you want to add under “edit member” tab and press add.
- After adding a friend they will receive a notification with the latest location of the lock.
- They can now unlock it.

- Tracking when shared: If the lock is shared with others; you can track that lock in the APP.

Side Notes:
- When the alarm is triggered; connect the phone and the lock to disengage the alarm (the phone Bluetooth must turn on and connected).
- When power is lower than 20%, the low battery power will be shown in the APP. If the battery power is lower than 5%; the lock will prompt three consecutive sound of “Di Di Di” after successful unlocking and the red light will be shown on the locking button.
