Definitions:
- Metro Postcodes: Areas within a 100 km radius of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Adelaide.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Dispatch: The process of handing your order over to the selected carrier.
- Force Majeure Events: Unforeseeable events outside of our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.
General: Free Australia-Wide Delivery for Orders Over $99* applies only to metro postcodes within a 100 km radius of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Adelaide.
For all postcodes outside these areas, the shipping cost will be based on the higher of either the shipping cost shown on the website at checkout or the actual shipping cost to your address. If the actual shipping cost is higher than shown, we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel the order if you choose not to pay the additional shipping cost.
Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Moov8 Pty Ltd is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Tracking Packages: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including tracking information, will be sent to your email address when your order is processed.
Free Click & Collect: We offer free Click & Collect from our warehouse within 1 hour of placing the order during working days and hours. Exceptions may occur, and if we are unable to arrange pickup within 1 hour, we will notify you. Click & Collect is available by appointment only; please book an appointment before arriving by contacting us via the “Contact Us” page on our website or by calling our customer service.
For Click & Collect orders paid online by credit or debit card, you must bring a physical copy of Australian ID matching the payment details used for the order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if matching ID proof is not provided.
Risk of Loss, Damage, or Theft: Default shipping costs do not include transit insurance. If you wish to purchase transit insurance, please contact us for a quote. Without transit insurance, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your order once it has been dispatched to the carrier.
Carriers may have authority to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available at the time of delivery. You are responsible for tracking your package and ensuring someone is available to receive it. Failure to collect the product at the time of delivery may result in loss, for which we cannot be held liable.
By proceeding with your order, you waive the right to hold us liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring after the product has been dispatched unless separate transit insurance has been purchased.
Shipping Method and Timeframe:
- Due to the nature of our products, road shipping is the only available option.
- Orders will be shipped by carriers that best meet the delivery timeframe, including Couriers Please, TNT, Australia Post, FedEx, and DHL.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Times:
- Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Melbourne Metro Areas: 3-8 business days
- Canberra, Adelaide, and Tasmania Metro Areas: 5-12 business days
Regional areas may experience longer delivery times. We cannot ship to certain locations, PO Boxes, or Parcel Lockers.
Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number provided, it becomes your responsibility to monitor the shipment and coordinate with the carrier for delivery. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit unless separate transit insurance has been purchased.
Order Cancellation: You may request order cancellation if:
- We are unable to fulfil and ship your order within 7 business days (excluding back-ordered products).
- The item has not yet been shipped. An order is considered shipped if a tracking number has been generated, even if the carrier has not updated it.
If a shipped package is refused or not collected and returned to us, you will be charged both-way shipping fees plus a 10% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
